Projector videos from CES 2012

Last month Projector People attended the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The exhibit was a sensory circus with 50-ft passive 3D displays, flashing lights and audio blasting from every other booth.

For us, CES is a time to connect with representatives of the brands we sell on ProjectorPeople.com. We have the opportunity to learn about upcoming releases and new features. We also get to pass on valuable feedback from you, our customers and fellow projector fans, about changes you’d like to see in future products. Like us, our manufacturers highly value your feedback.

We were able to shoot a few videos during our time in Vegas. See below for updates from Vivitek, Optoma and InFocus. Stay tuned to our Facebook and Twitter profiles for continued information on new releases, projector news and price drops.

Projector Central reviews the Optoma HD33

Optoma HD33 3D Projector

The Optoma HD33 3D projector is causing quite a stir in the bargain-priced 1080p 3D market. Projector Central breaks down the features of this $1500 gem in their recent review.

“This is the first 1080p 3D projector to break the $3000 mark, let alone the $1500 mark, and that in itself is worth getting excited about. Add to that the HD33’s solid 2D performance, great color, radio-frequency glasses, and virtual absence of crosstalk and you’ve got a projector that is a solid value at twice the price.” – Projector Central

Available just in time for football season, we rate the Optoma HD33 as a first-string playmaker for a practice squad price!
